The room was very comfortable with a clean and cozy bed. The bathroom was functional and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was helpful and even went the extra mile by providing a free umbrella during a rainy day. The location was great, within walking distance of the railway station and there were plenty of local eateries nearby. it was a pleasant and value-for-money experience.

Our non-smoking room was located right opposite a smoking room, so we had to endure the smell of cigarette smoke throughout our stay. It would have been better if the smoking and non-smoking rooms were better separated to avoid this inconvenience.

During our New Year stay, we found the fact that the hotel offered 24-hour room service very convenient. The location was also good as it was close to public transportation. the view from our room was breathtaking and it was definitely the best aspect of our stay.

Our experience was not entirely positive. The cleanliness of our room was not up to par, as we found stains on the sheets and bathroom tiles.
